Entering a market with a disruptive technology is a very tough task. Changing an entire industry with that same disruptive technology is even harder. For the last several years i-Ware CD Technologies has worked with our Strategic Partner, The Darlin Group, to do just that. The Darlin Group creates disruptive business models and technologies that they then take to market. We presented The Darlin Group with the PMOS technology and a challenge, we want to change an industry, a big one! The goal was to design an entire business model around the PMOS that would change how businesses, in that industry, would do business from now on. It had to;

• Provide businesses with a service they currently use at a fraction of the price.
• Utilize the PMOS as the distribution system for the content to be delivered.
• Provide benefits the consumers can take advantage of via the service to the business.

The result was much more than the we, or The Darlin Group, ever expected it to be. It addresses the need to increase awareness of shopping local, provides a way for the local businesses owner to compete with the "Big Box" stores, provides business coaching to local businesses, provides a discount to all consumers who shop local as well as free wireless Internet access from participating retailers, and even provides a program to support local schools through the Parent Teacher Organizations and Associations. We are very excited about this company and what it means for the PMOS and our company in general.
